Ingredients
Tofu
Flax Seeds
Flax Seed Oil (or any other oil of your choice)
Spinach
Stir Fry Veggie Mix
Jalapenos
Spicy Sauce or spices of your choice
Directions
- Heat the oil in the pan, on high, for about 3 minutes.
- Add in your stir fry veggies and cook on high for about 5 minutes.
- Turn down the heat and add in your spinach, tofu, flax seeds and jalapenos.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Dish up and add a spicy sauce, my favourite is nando's peri-peri
*This recipe is served better on brown rice or pasta
