Smoothie Time Part 2
I
will be honest with you: most of the time when I make things, whether it may be
a smoothie or a meal, I do not strictly adhere to a recipe. I use whatever I
find in the house, and I just throw a few things together in hopes that it will
taste good. This “recipe” I am about to share with you is probably nothing new,
but it was made on a whim. Really.
Ingredients
·
Chopped
apples( I used about 4 in this smoothie)

A
cup of low fat milk
·
A
cup of low-fat strawberry yoghurt
·
3
tablespoons of smooth peanut butter
·
½
chopped pineapple
·
2
chopped bananas
Method
Place the
ingredients in a blender
Blend
until smooth
Place
smoothie in the refrigerator until it is chilled
Serve!
I
promise to add in photos next time. For now you will just have to rely on your
imagination ;)
