I briefly
hit pause on Insanity to try out this workout from one of my favourite trainers
(and idols) Jillian Michaels. This programme was fantastic, it combined
strength and cardio, and it included a warm-up and a cool down. Just like Body
Revolution I swore a lot during these workouts. Its challenging while you're
doing them but at the end you feel good, strong and confident.
The
programme consists of a variety of things: resistance training, calisthenics,
martial arts and even yoga. I was never bored while doing this programme. And
you will definitely be sore, especially in your arms since there is a lot of
push-ups and planks involved.
I didn't
necessarily lose weight on this programme but I did start noticing more
definition in my arms.
