This past Christmas I had the most amazing lunch. It's easy
to make and you don't have it just on Christmas. It's also extremely healthy
and fun to eat.
Ingredients:

Whole butternut
·
Rice of your choice
·
Veggies of your choice
·
Cheese (optional)
Directions:
·
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius
·
Cook your rice and your veggies before hand'
·
Boil till cooked through for more or less 45
Minutes in a large pot
·
Drain excess water from the halves
·
Scoop out some of the centre (until its hallow
but some of the flesh must still be present)
·
Add your cooked rice and veggies
·
Sprinkle with some cheese
·
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes till all the
cheese is melted and the butternut is fully grilled
