Urg. Is one word to describe this programme. Every morning I
would wake up dreading my workout. And
that is not like me at all. I've tried three times to get through this
programme but cannot make it past month one. This programme is all about the
cardio which i don't mind but even the warm up tires me out. If there were days
for just resistance training then I would've made it through. There is one
cardio recovery day which is a god send but its basically just stretching. Even
the Cardio Power and Resistance does not feel like strength training.
