Book Challenge Update: Until the end of time & Life without Limits

Until the end of time by Danielle Steel (book 74/100)

"Bill is a dedicated young lawyer working in New York. He leaves everything he trained for to follow his dream to become a minister in rural Wyoming. Jenny, his fashion stylist wife, leaves the milieu and life she loves to join him. The certainty they share is that their destinies are linked forever.
Fast forward thirty-eight years. Robert is a hard working independent book publisher in Manhattan, looking for one big hit novel to publish. Lillibet is a young Amish woman, living as though in the 17th century, caring for her widowed father and three young brothers on their family farm. In secret at night, by candlelight, she has written the novel that burns within her. When it falls into Robert's hands, he falls in love first with the book, and then with the woman he has never met."

My rating: 8/10

My comment: I enjoyed the last short story but I loved the first story with Bill and Jenny, it made me cry so much. She waited so long to have a child and still didn't get one... Heartbreaking!

Life without limits by Nick Vujicic

"Born without arms or legs, Nick Vujicic overcame his disabilities to live an independent, rich, fulfilling and "ridiculously good" life while serving as a role model for anyone seeking true happiness. Now an internationally successful motivational speaker, Nick eagerly spreads his central message: The most important goal is to find your life's purpose and to never give up, despite whatever difficulties or seemingly impossible odds stand in your way."

My Rating: 8.5/10

My comment: To be honest, I was afraid to read this biography because i was afraid that it would be too "pushy" on religion. But it wasn't, I loved the stories he had and quotes like: "don't let your face plant grow roots". This book confirms that anything is possible if you work for it.
