- Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
- Measure out 100 ml of dry oats.
- Cut an apple into pieces and add it to the dry oats.
- Add 150ml of water or more if you like your oats runny
- Cook in the microwave for 3 minutes.
- Once done, top off with cinnamon
2. Sweet Delight
- Measure out 100ml of dry oats
- Cover with 150ml of water or more if you like your oats runny
- Cook in the microwave for 3 minutes
- Add anything sweet. I like a teaspoon syrup and a teaspoon of brown sugar.
3. Blueberry Protein Oatmeal
- Measure out 100ml of dry oats
- Add 150ml of water or more if you like your oats runny
- Add one scoop of organic protein powder
- Cook in microwave for 3 minutes
- Once done add a handful of blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- Measure out 100 ml of dry oats.
- Cut an apple into pieces and add it to the dry oats.
- Add 150ml of water or more if you like your oats runny
- Cook in the microwave for 3 minutes.
- Once done, add a tablespoon of organic peanut butter
- Crack one egg and seperate the yolk from the whites.
- Add milk and stir with a fork
- optional: add any spices you want to the mixture
- Cook in the microwave for 1 minute
- Add any spices you'd like to the mixture.
- Measure out 100ml of dry oats
- Cover with 150ml of water or more if you like your oats runny
- Cook in the microwave for 3 minutes
- Add the egg whites to the oatmeal
