I love this programme so much!
The programme has 5 separate workouts (Bum Bum, Cardio Axe, High and Tight, Tummy Tuck and Sculpt).
You do get a booklet with 4 week workout schedules according to your body type. There are 4 different schedules for Pear shape, Apple shape, Ruler shape and Combination. Personally I have completed this programme 3 times. First I did the Pear Shape, then I did the Combination schedule and the thrird time I did both of them. And each time I got amazing results, not really with weight loss but with how sexy my legs were starting to look.
Not much equipment is needed but what you do need is: ankle weights, booty band, exercise mat, dumbbells/resistance band. The music and the energy of the trainer and models is what makes this programme highly enjoyable. Even though its made for women you do feel the burn, the hardest workout to keep up with was Bum Bum.
You'd be amazed at how many exercises there are for your booty. This programme is definitly my go-to programme when I'm getting ready for summer.
