health expert. In fact, I am far from it. I am just an ordinary girl who has
read countless times on how important it is to live a healthy lifestyle.

of sleep"
“Eat less
sugar and fats"
We have all
at some stage in our lives received this advice, yet we do not follow it all
the time. Making healthy choices may be a little bit of a challenge at times
for a lot of people (myself included), but it is not impossible. Every single
day I try and find ways of improving my health, whether it may be through
exercise or by eating a snack healthier than potato chips.
The purpose
of Healthy Fridays is to offer health tips that I have gathered throughout the
course of my life.
